At Tack Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
